Payment by credit or debit card (MasterCard or VISA)
We inform you that all credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization to guarantee the security of the purchase and avoid possible fraud. The costs published in Lab Verum Carat, S.L. They are in euros, although you can pay in your currency. The card will be charged only when your credit card has been authorized by your bank. If during the payment any incident occurs, a message will immediately appear on your screen indicating that the payment could not be made effective.

Payment is secure, data is transmitted through SSL encryption. Payments on the web with Visa and Mastercard only support CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions. After verifying that the card is attached to this system (CES), the system itself contacts the card-issuing bank so that the buyer authorizes the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment is made through the card. Otherwise, the order is cancelled.

Payment by bank transfer
We inform you that all senders of bank transfers are subject to validation and authorization to guarantee the security of the purchase and avoid possible fraud.
Once the payment for the bank transfer has been chosen, bank details will be provided to make the transfer. The purchase is sent once the money has been received in the Lab Verum Carat account. To facilitate the processing of the transfer it is recommended to send the transfer receipt to info@lvcarat.com.

Shipping
The Products purchased will be delivered from Monday to Friday to the person and address indicated in the order. The shipment of the products will be made through the courier company, and they undertake to deliver the products purchased to the person and address indicated in the order. The courier companies we collaborate with, leaders in the courier sector, offer order tracking and shipping insurance. Shipping costs and corresponding insurance will not be charged to the customer.

Delivery time
Delivery term The delivery time of the products available in stock is between 1 and 5 working days, it will always depend on the characteristics of the destination. The delivery time of the products on request or made to order maybe longer, depending on the execution time of the order and/or manufacture. In any case, the customer will be informed of the delivery times of each specific order.

Destinations
We ship to all countries of the European Union. For security reasons, we cannot ship to post office boxes.

If the order has not arrived
Each order comes to the courier company with the tracking number that we provide to the customer. If the order has not been received within the established deadline, please contact us by email info@lvcarat.com and as soon as possible, we will contact each consumer to see what has happened and to resolve the delay.

If an incorrect item has been received in the order
First, we apologize for the mistake. All shipments are subject to a manual check-out upon departure and we take these incidents very seriously, as they can harm both the customer and the company. If the features on the packaging label do not match the certificate (certificate number, weight, etc.), you may have an incorrect item.
